Height Bracket
The height bracket of Mitech portable surface roughness tester, it is the standard configuration for MR200. When the totally height of the workpiece less than 28mm, the measured surface bearing length less than the instrument totally length, it can use the sleeve and height bracket for auxiliary completing the measurement . During using, please first install the sleeve, then put the instrument on the height bracket, lock firmly the height bracket to ensure its stable. The bottom of the instrument is in the state of the suspension. Then, adjust properly the height bracket to make the stylus position of the instrument closing to the zero point. This accessory is only limited to the surface roughness measurement of the small size step with the height of about 28mm. If the workpiece with complex shape and high height, it needs to use the height gauge pillar or measuring platform to complete the measurement.
