Product Overview
Based on the optical imaging principle, MITECH upright metallographic microscope MMU-150RT/150BD, magnify the image of small objects with lens, it can be used for microscopic observation to the transparent and opaque objects. With the excellent design concept of infinite optical system and modular function, it can provide excellent optical performance and product system upgrade, it realize the functions of simultaneous or independent illumination, polarized light observation, dark field observation and so on. With beautiful appearance, convenient operation and clear image, it is an ideal instrument for biology, metalology, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics and other research. It is widely used in teaching and research, metallographic analysis, industrial testing and other fields.
Function & application
l With With reflection and transmission lighting system, it can be applied to the observation of transparent and opaque objects;
l MMU-150BD is equipped with a dual-purpose objective lens for light and dark field which can be used for microscopic observation in light and dark field. MMU150-RT is equipped with an objective lens in light field.
l Adopt advanced infinite optical system to make the image clearer;
l Equipped with yellow, blue and green filter and frosted glass;
l Reflective halogen lamp, built-in field diaphragm, aperture diaphragm, filter conversion device, push-pull analyzer and polarizer;
l Connecting with computer, monitor and display, with metallographic analysis software, it can conduct high-efficiency metallographic analysis like evaluating metal statues, analysis results and etc.
l Comply with the relevant standards of metallographic microscope at home and abroad;
Working Principle
Using the magnifying imaging principle of convex lens, the microscope magnified the tiny objects that the human eye can't distinguish to the size that the human eye can distinguish. It is mainly through increasing the opening angle of the near small object to the eye (objects with large viewing angle have large image on the retina), and using the angle magnification M to express their magnification ability. Since the opening angle of the same object to the eye is related to the distance between the object and the eye, it is generally stipulated that the magnification of the instrument is the magnification at the distance of 25mm between the image and the eye (vision distance). The viewing angle is usually very small, so the ratio of viewing angle can be replaced by the tangent ratio.

l Relative Humidity: 20%~80%(at 25°C)
l Avoid placing the microscope in the following places: the direct sunlight, the vertical underneath of indoor lighting and other bright places;
l Don’t place the microscope in the place of high temperature, humidity and dust for a long time, otherwise the lens will be fogged or moldy and accumulated dust, which will damage the microscope and shorten its service life.
