Based on the optical imaging principle, MITECH Inverted metallographic microscope MMI-100R, magnify the image of small objects with lens,It allows microscopic observation of opaque objects.The inverted objective lens orientation is adopted to make the bearing space of the platform larger, so that the larger objects can be observed microscopically.It can be used with CCD industrial camera and digital camera, and can be connected with computer, monitor, display, through the metallographic analysis software for an all-round analysis of the map.Its beautiful shape, easy to operate, clear image, is an ideal instrument for the study of biology, metallization, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics and so on.Widely used in teaching and scientific research, metallographic analysis, industrial testing and other fields.
Function & application
l Reflective lighting system can be applied to the observation of opaque objects;
l The inverted objective lens orientation is adopted to make the bearing space of the object platform larger, so that larger objects can be observed compared with the positive ones;
l Falling-type kola lighting system, the light intensity is continuously adjustable and the reflector frame is optional, the maximum sample height is up to 78mm;
l It is equipped with yellow, green, blue and frosted filter, and can be equipped with offset lens and offset lens insert;
l It can be connected with computer, monitor and monitor for efficient metallographic analysis through metallographic analysis software to evaluate metal state and analysis results;

Working Principle
Using the magnifying imaging principle of convex lens, the microscope magnified the tiny objects that the human eye can't distinguish to the size that the human eye can distinguish. It is mainly through increasing the opening angle of the near small object to the eye (objects with large viewing angle have large image on the retina), and using the angle magnification M to express their magnification ability. Since the opening angle of the same object to the eye is related to the distance between the object and the eye, it is generally stipulated that the magnification of the instrument is the magnification at the distance of 25mm between the image and the eye (vision distance).The viewing angle is usually very small, so the ratio of viewing angle can be replaced by the tangent ratio.
